ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) — Gravois Avenue consistently is at or near the top of the list of deadliest roads in St. Louis, and while some safety upgrades are coming, First Alert 4 found some light signals aren’t working.
Specifically, at one particular intersection, pedestrians are never given a walk signal.
