BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing man last seen on Chester Avenue earlier in July.
Moses Green, 42, was last seen Monday, July 6, in the 2100 block of Chester Avenue. He is considered at-risk due to a mental health condition, according to BPD.
Officials described Green as 5 feet, 4 inches and 180 pounds, with black and balding hair and brown eyes.
