ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Thousands of people were without power early Tuesday morning amid rain and lightning.
According to RG&E’s outage map, a majority of those outages appear to be located in Henrietta and Webster. Earlier in the morning, there were over 2,000 outages reported. That number dropped significantly to 44.
