TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Two people were arrested Tuesday morning for an alleged assault and abduction.
Dominic Paige Jackson, 34, and Tiffany Rae Klosinski, 32, both face an abduction charge for refusing to let the victim leave the residence on the 300 block of Spring Grove.
Jackson, who has a child with the victim, is also charged with domestic assault and strangulation.
He is accused of punching and kicking the victim, leaving visible injuries. He also is accused of choking her until the point of blacking out…
