Video surveillance footage from surrounding buildings was used to identify a suspect involved in a fatal Zion City shooting last month, Baton Rouge Police said.
Traylon Duncan, 18, was arrested Saturday for principal to second-degree murder and obstruction of justice. He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Prison and is being held on a $165,000 bond.
