SAN ANTONIO — The murder trial of a man accused of gunning down his girlfriend’s father is expected to begin Tuesday morning.
Franco Xavier Summers, 31, is charged with murder in the death of Christopher Fuentes, who was shot in a parking lot near Blanco Road and Loop 1604 two years ago.
Court records show this is not the first time Summers has faced serious criminal allegations. His criminal history includes a January 2012 arrest for harboring a runaway child.
