SAN ANTONIO — Ten years after a 20-year-old man was shot and killed outside a West Side apartment complex, investigators are still searching for answers.
Isaac Orosco was killed around 9 p.m. on July 28, 2016, at the Preserve at Westover Hills apartments near Potranco Road and Northwest Crossroads. That’s when officers found Orosco suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
Investigators say Orosco had just parked his vehicle at a nearby apartment complex and was getting out when an SUV pulled into the parking lot. Someone inside the SUV opened fire before driving away…
