SPRINGFIELD, MO – City Utilities of Springfield is completing a major project that’ll help meet the community’s power needs.
On Wednesday, July 29th at 9:00 am., CU will cut the ribbon on its new Blackman Battery Energy Storage Project. The plant, which has been under construction for the last several months, is visible on the east side of U.S. 65 between Battlefield Rd. and Sunshine St.
