The Brunch House of Augusta on Greene Street might not look like much from the outside. It’s small, tidy, and narrow.
Once you step inside, you encounter a row of booths on the left next to large windows that look out onto 6th Street. Ahead, there’s a walkway through the restaurant, past a long, tall dining counter overlooking the open kitchen on the right. The round stools along the counter are upholstered with bright red vinyl, which adds to the retro vibe.
Though the aesthetic of The Brunch House might be described as a dressed-up Waffle House, the menu is much more elevated…
