It is with heavy hearts that Buffalo recently lost its beloved Strong Hearts vegan eatery. That said, as luck would have it, Sunshine Vegan Eats restaurant, located at 893 Jefferson Avenue, is opening a new location at 1412 Fillmore Avenue.
While the Jefferson Avenue location will remain open, it will be more scaled back while focusing on takeout. The new supersized location on Fillmore (formerly Mattie’s Restaurant) will have a heavy concentration on in-house seating, with an expanded menu.
