BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A traffic stop led to the 5th DWI arrest for a Baton Rouge man.
Selvin Paz, 26, was charged with operating while impaired, fifth offense; operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; improper lane usage; driver must be licensed; no insurance; owner to secure registration; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; and license plate required.
An officer with the Baton Rouge Police Department made the stop on a Ford Escape after they saw the vehicle almost hit a pole.
