LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Three convicted drug traffickers will be spending a combined 29 years in federal prison as part of a drug-trafficking conspiracy.
Kevin Langel, 54, will serve 14 years in federal prison for trafficking dozens of kilograms of cocaine between Texas and Arkansas. Bruce Smith, 55, will spend 10 years in federal prison for trafficking multiple kilograms of cocaine between drug distributors in Little Rock. Larry Rogers, 71, will spend five years in a federal prison for brokering multiple kilogram-quantity transactions of cocaine between drug distributors in Little Rock.
