SAN ANTONIO — Authorities need your help finding a missing disabled veteran who has not been seen or heard from since Saturday night.
67-year-old Johnny Kelly was last seen on July 25 in the 6100 block of Eckhert Boulevard near Huebner Road, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
