BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — A Broken Arrow homeowner said more than a year after a fire destroyed his home, he’s still fighting with his insurance company over his claim.
His case has come at the same time as Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s filed lawsuits against State Farm and Allstate, accusing the companies of improperly handling homeowners’ insurance claims.
Both companies deny the allegations…
