A Flood Watch is in effect for northern Rhode Island, including Providence, Central Falls, Pawtucket, Woonsocket and Cranston. Streeet and poor drainage flooding is possible…possibly some flash flooding.

Here’s the basic timeline of today’s rain….the steadiest will be between 9AM and 4PM, then it will taper to showers during the evening.
