SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A 26-year-old man was arrested Sunday in connection with a homicide in Downtown San Diego on July 15.
The San Diego Police Department said in a news release Tuesday that Marques Kelly was arrested in connection with a murder that happened in the 300 block of Park Boulevard.
