More housing is coming to Myrtle Beach.
Site work has begun on Seaside Farms, a gated, multifamily apartment community planned for long-term rentals at the intersection of Pine Lakes Drive and Robert Grissom Parkway.
Once completed, it will consist of 240, 2-bedroom units, 96, 1-bedroom units and 48, 3-bedroom units. There are 681 parking spaces planned.
