Oregon residents accused of involuntary manslaughter, endangering children

OREGON, Ohio (WTVG) – A Lucas County grand jury indicted two Oregon residents on a series of charges including involuntary manslaughter.

Court records show Shannon Wester and Justin Soll, who are listed as living at the same address in Common Pleas, were indicted July 29 on two counts of involuntary manslaughter, one count of endangering children and one count of possession of cocaine.
