PERRYSBURG, Ohio — ProMedica announced plans Wednesday to build a combined emergency department and urgent care facility on Lake Vue Drive in Perrysburg, near the US 20/23 and I-75 interchange.
The proposed 12,000-square-foot facility will serve as the second freestanding location for the ProMedica Toledo Hospital emergency department.
