A trendy Canadian women’s fashion brand known for its “everyday luxury” items is plotting a multimillion-dollar makeover at a popular Houston mall.
Aritzia, a women’s apparel retailer, has plans for a $9 million remodel at Houston’s Galleria, according to a Wednesday filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The project, located at 5085 Westheimer Rd., would feature an interior remodel and finish out of a 19,289-square-foot space.
While details submitted to the TDLR are subject to change, construction could begin this coming April, lasting through late October 2027. California-based Architects Orange is the listed design firm for the project titled “Aritzia 2804 Houston Galleria.”…
