OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Heart Ministry Center is holding its final community meeting Wednesday before moving forward with plans to build a grocery store near 25th and Lake Streets in North Omaha.
The store would offer fresh food, a butcher shop and a deli. It would not sell alcohol or tobacco and would not include self-checkout. Organizers say the project could bring up to 40 new jobs to the neighborhood.
