OZARK, Mo. (KY3) – Prosecutors have filed criminal charges against a Sparta man in connection with a bonfire explosion that seriously burned two people in April.
Ian Letterman, of Sparta, faces two counts of second-degree assault in Christian County. A grand jury indictment states Letterman recklessly poured gasoline onto a fire next to where the victims were sitting. The incident occurred April 19.
