East Vancouver has a new place to pair a cold pint with tandoori chicken, loaded naan, and the sort of dinner decision that can derail a grocery run. Beer Paradise Taphouse opened this month in the Ogden neighborhood, bringing 16 taps, an Indian-fusion kitchen, and a built-in reason to linger.
Beer Paradise officially opened Thursday, July 16, with a lineup spanning hazy and West Coast IPAs, lagers, pilsners, Guinness, and hard cider. The official site lists hours from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday, with a later 11 p.m. closing time on Fridays and Saturdays; the taphouse is closed Mondays.
The beer program is designed for both sampling and settling in. Guests can order pitchers and growler fills, while a four-pour flight costs $7.50, according to Bridgetown Bites, which recently checked out the new spot.

The menu goes well beyond standard bar snacks, with samosas, chaat, garlic and cheese naan, daal makhani, saag paneer, chicken tikka, mutton curry, and tandoori chicken. Beer Paradise’s food menu also lists tandoori paneer and chicken tacos, naan wraps, loaded naan, burgers, wings, fish and chips, pizza, and familiar desserts including gulab jamun and chocolate lava cake…
