GRESHAM, Ore. (KPTV) – A car linked to a hit-and-run crash that killed a flagger in Gresham was found in Vancouver on Wednesday, according to police.
Miguel Jimenez, 50, died after being hit by a driver while working as a construction site flagger in Gresham early Monday morning.
