EMMETT CHARTER TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are investigating after two people were killed in a highway crash near Battle Creek Wednesday evening.
Authorities were dispatched to I-94 near M-66 for a rollover crash at around 6:42 p.m., according to the Emmett Township Department of Public Safety.
When police arrived, three people were in the vehicle. Police say the driver, a 41-year-old man, died at the scene. The two passengers, an 11-year-old boy and a 50-year-old man, were taken to the hospital in serious condition. The 11-year-old died from his injuries at the hospital, police say…
