(FOX40.COM) — The Stockton family of a missing 23-year-old Navy veteran is asking the community to join an upcoming search effort as they continue looking for answers more than a week after he disappeared.
The Stockton Police Department said O’Bonjai Skaggs was last seen on Sunday, July 19 at the In-N-Out restaurant on West March Lane, where family members say he had been spending time with coworkers.
His loved ones said his phone and bicycle were later found in nearby separate locations, adding to the mystery surrounding his disappearance…
