Downtown Green Bay’s newest luxury apartment building opened less than a month ago, but has already surpassed an early leasing milestone.
New Land Enterprises employees and city officials on July 29 held a ceremonial ribbon cutting and open house at Nova Green Bay, 214 N. Adams St. Milwaukee-based New Land started construction on the $77 million, eight-story mid-rise building in November 2024 and completed it July 1, ahead of schedule.
“This is just an amazing product here in downtown Green Bay,” Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich said. “I truly believe this will be recognized as one of the most important milestones in our downtown.”…
