SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – State and local leaders toured the CRRC MA factory in Springfield to highlight the workforce behind new rail cars for the Boston Red Line.
The visit follows a period of production delays and staff furloughs caused by international shipping complications earlier this year.
