OTTAWA COUNTY, MI – A rooftop blower motor malfunctioned and sent smoke into the Hudsonville Post Office on Wednesday, July 29, but caused no damage.
The fire was reported around 5:10 p.m. at the U.S. Postal Service building at 3333 Central Blvd.
The fire was small and contained to the roof. The blower sent some smoke inside but caused no damage to the building, equipment or mail, Hudsonville Fire Chief Steve Essenburg said…
