KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Nine new builds, two remodels and four virtual homes around the Kalamazoo County area will be showcased during the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan’s 36th Annual Parade of Homes that opens today.
The in-person Parade runs Thursday, July 30 through Saturday, August 1, and then again Thursday, August 6 through Saturday, August 8, with homes open to the public for just six days this year.
The Home Builders Association says this year’s Parade “showcases many of today’s most sought-after home trends, including smart home technology, one-of-a-kind kitchens, spa-inspired baths, inviting living spaces, outdoor entertaining areas, mudrooms, innovative storage solutions and landscaping ideas.”…
