GARDEN CITY, S.C. (WPDE) — A person who was bitten by a shark in Garden City on Wednesday was treated and released from the hospital, according to a Horry County police report.
Officers responded to Beach Access 6 at 400 N. Waccamaw Drive on July 29 after receiving a report of a shark bite.
