The developer of a controversial proposed development of more than 370 homes in Horry County will hold a community meeting to hear from the public before moving the plan forward in the county Planning Commission.
Dockit Enterprises LLC and Encore Real Estate Development LLC are seeking approval to rezone roughly 187 acres of unincorporated land off of Highway 905 and Old Reaves Ferry Road from Forest Agriculture to Multi-Residential District-Preservation to build 372 new homes.
