An Oregon couple have both been indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges in their newborn daughter’s Feb. 25 death.
Justin Soll, 32, and Shannon Wester, 29, were indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury on four counts arising from a police investigation that started with a Feb. 22 emergency call at the couple’s home in the 2900 block of Luverne Avenue.
