GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A new stretch of Hinkle Street will open to traffic on Green Bay’s west side.
The city of Green Bay Department of Public Works announced that an entirely new section of Hinkle Street, extending from the intersection of West Mason Street to Hobart Drive, will officially open to traffic Friday morning.
