Man accused of smashing windows at St. Louis nonprofit again after jail release

ST. LOUIS – A man who was jailed for repeatedly smashing windows at a St. Louis nonprofit last year is accused of returning to the same site and breaking windows again after his release.

On Wednesday, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Timothy Michael Malone, 44, of St. Louis, with one felony count of first-degree property damage.
