OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Amid a legal battle between Vesta Realty and YSA Investments over which company should have control over apartment complexes across the state, Vesta Realty CEO, Marc Kulick, claims the problems began when YSA took out second mortgages on the properties.
“It’s not a secret that as we’ve been choked off from all funding, it is harder and harder and harder for us to do what we need to do,” Kulick said.
