BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – Broken Arrow Police Officer Zack Vick is being recognized for a life-saving rescue that happened earlier this year.
Tulsa Crime Stoppers honored Vick as its Hero of the Day after he rescued a 10-year-old child from a pond at Events Park on May 27.
