A new Italian restaurant has opened in downtown Salem. Sarina’s Italian Kitchen had its soft launch July 23 and is hosting a ribbon-cutting July 30.
Sarina’s began as a ghost kitchen for McGrath’s Fish House during the pandemic, owner Ryan Sarina said. The food proved popular among Salem diners, so he decided to open a brick-and-mortar location at the Salem Center mall.
