Lake Tahoe, Nevada — Family and friends are mourning the loss of an Amazon software engineer from Austin, Texas, after a visit to Lake Tahoe that was meant to be filled with friendship and faith ended in tragedy.
Loved ones say 32-year-old Yadessa Emiru Aga had traveled to Nevada to attend a church conference and spend time with close friends before he drowned in what authorities believe was an accidental incident.
Family Shares Why He Was Visiting Lake Tahoe
According to a fundraiser organized by Yadessa Aga’s family, friends, and church community, the Austin resident had traveled to Nevada after attending a church conference and planned to spend time with close friends at Lake Tahoe.
The family said that “while returning from a church conference and spending time with close friends in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Yadessa went home to be with his Lord and Savior following a tragic accident.”…
