A house fire on West 4th Street prompted evacuations early Friday morning after flames broke out at a residence around 3 a.m.
According to fire officials, emergency crews responded after receiving multiple calls from neighbors reporting a house on fire. Firefighters arrived on the scene and worked to contain the blaze, bringing it under control by approximately 4:15 a.m.
