GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Khaing Win Naing, 42, was arrested yesterday for loitering/prowling after allegedly propositioning a woman on a trail near a Gainesville neighborhood.
At about 5:20 p.m. on July 30, an Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to Chestnut Village (8000 block of SW 60th Road), where the victim said she was walking into the trail as Naing walked out of the trail. She said Naing greeted her, and she did not respond…
