The city of Greenville is making progress on its $1.7 million road resurfacing project.
Crews have completed paving along Townes Street from Elford Street to Park Avenue. According to the city, bike lane protectors will be added once the road is re-striped. Repavement work is also being completed along Randall Street and Whitehall Street in the North Main neighborhood.
The next phase of road resurfacing work will be completed from Aug. 6-14, focusing on areas around Augusta Street and Cleveland Park:
- Burns Street (Dunbar Street to Sullivan Street)
- Claussen Avenue (Highway 25 to Howe Street)
- Harris Street (Augusta Street to Howe Street)
- Woodland Way Circle (Woodland Way West to Woodland Way East)
- Fernwood Lane (Woodland Way to Trails End)
