SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The former International Paper mill in Savannah has been listed for sale, offering a 735-acre industrial redevelopment site in the city’s established industrial corridor.
The property is being marketed as a redevelopment project for logistics, manufacturing, distribution, heavy industrial operations and large-scale redevelopment initiatives. It is zoned Heavy Industrial and listed as a single lot.
