Open Second-Story Window Leads To Indecent Exposure Charges Against Waldorf Man

WALDORF, Md. — A Waldorf man is facing three misdemeanor charges after Charles County Sheriff’s Office investigators alleged he repeatedly exposed himself from a second-story window of his home, including during incidents allegedly witnessed by a 13-year-old girl, according to court documents.

Brian Scott Michaud, 57, of Waldorf, was charged in the District Court for Charles County with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of indecent exposure to a minor. The charges were filed July 23, 2026, through a Statement of Charges (SOC) application, meaning the case was initiated by application rather than through an on-view arrest.
