NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Heavy rain caused part of a roof to collapse in South Nashville Saturday morning, according to officials.
More than 20 units with the Nashville Fire Department responded to the 1300 block of Foster Avenue to reports of a suspected gas leak or explosion just after 8:00 a.m.
At the scene, officials determined part of the building had caved in from heavy rain.
Although there may have been a light gas odor, officials told News 2 it was not a factor in the collapse…
