SEATTLE — A new traffic pattern for drivers and buses on Denny Way near Interstate 5 (I-5) will take effect Saturday as Seattle enters the final phase of its Denny Way Bus Reliability Project.

Beginning Saturday, buses and vehicles merging onto I-5 will no longer have to share the same lane on Denny Way, one of Seattle’s busiest streets. The change is part of the Seattle Transportation Levy-funded project, which will add a new bus-only lane to the corridor later this month…
