RICHLAND BOROUGH, Pa. (WHTM) — A train struck a vehicle late last night in Lebanon County.
According to the Neptune Fire Company, just after 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, residents in the area heard a lot of commotion at the railroad crossing in the center of town, prompting several firefighters with the company to go investigate.
