Woman fatally shot in the neck, five others shot near Clifford Avenue
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — For the second consecutive day, Rochester Police are investigating a homicide. Officers were called to Clifford Avenue near North Street Sunday at around 3:30 a.m.
