ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – The second annual Railroad Street Festival will take place Sunday in Rochester’s Public Market District. The festival will feature live music, businesses, local vendors, local food trucks and area restaurants, drinks from Rohrbach Brewing Company, Ziggy’s, and Iron Smoke.
