Federal marshals and local law enforcement officers in Arkansas tracked down and arrested two out-of-state homicide suspects over a two-day span, including an Illinois murder suspect captured after a four-hour search in Little Rock.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Arkansas Fugitive Task Force arrested Isaiah H. Houston on July 30. Houston was wanted by authorities in Kankakee County, Illinois, on two counts of first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm.
